Thoughts of Only You
Reddish swells in purple rain
And colors all a hue
Swimming in a crimson pool
All scarlet, white and blue
Of azure skies and amber clouds
And alabaster breeze
Falling off are ochre fruits
From terracotta trees
A coral bird, an emerald herd
Lie grazing on the hay
Your jet black hair in disarray
Is gently swept away
A turquoise peach lies out of reach
Of a violet anemone
Saffron thoughts in bright red spots
Make silent epiphany
Chestnut leaves from cherry trees
In drops of mountain dew
Colors on a palette mixed by
Thoughts of only you
